Though things have improved greatly after liberalization, sometimes the orginary Indian is helpless against shoddy customer service whether by a company, an individual or an institution. This blog is an attempt to share such experiences and explore the possibility of quick redressal if any. The idea is not to malign or tarnish anybody’s reputation and therefore no names shall be used. We can share experiences and see if quick redressal is possible.
I once saw how a passenger on a train tried to complain of a shoddy meal. The concerned official did not first listen to him but when all the other passengers started supporting him, he relented and gave the complaint book. The advantage in blogging is that even customers from different areas can come together on a common platform. There maybe yahoo clubs for certain products but one may still want to share certain other experiences.
